Activities of Founder of Krishna Foundation:

The Founder of Krishna Foundation, namely Krishna Ballabha Sharma "Yogiraj" is a young Advocate (Lawyer) at Patna High Court, Patna (India), blessed with a multi- dimensional dynamic personality and leadership quality, and he has been involved in various kinds of professional and social activities with noteworthy achievements, as follows:

I.        Since the year 1991, regular practicing experience at the Bar with regard to independent case drafting, case argument and case handling at Patna High Court, Patna (India) under its extraordinary writ jurisdiction as well as appellate, revisional and miscellaneous jurisdictions. Dealt with the cases relating to Constitutional Law Matters, Human Rights Matters, Service Law Matters, Labor Law Matters, Administrative Law Matters, Public Interest Litigation Matters, Criminal Law matters, Commercial Dispute Matters, Corporate Law Matters, Matrimonial Dispute Matters, Civil Dispute Matters, Commercial Law Matters, Banking Law Matters, Bank’s Loans Recovery Matters and other Miscellaneous Matters.

II.     Founder and National President of an NGO, namely-- “Rashtriya Nava Nirman Parishad” (A purely non-political non-governmental organization, registered in India under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 bearing Registration No.-283 / 1995-96), which was established in the year 1994 with 41 Founder Members at the initiative taken by the Founder.

III.   Founder and Chairman of a Trust namely- “Krishna Foundation”
(Registered No. 2385 - IV / 32), which is a  purely non-political non-governmental organization dedicated to the service of humanity for  establishment, enforcement, protection, encouragement and promotion of  “Dharma, Justice, Democracy, Peace and Social Harmony” at all places in the entire world, for finding out amicable and sustainable solution of all kinds of individual, social, national and international problems, for all round sustainable development of individuals,  society,  state,  nation and  world community,  for “Social and National Reconstruction” for a “Better India and Better World”.

IV.  Founder and National President of an All India Association of Lawyers, namely- “Dignified Lawyers Association of India”.

V.     Founder and National President of an All India Association of Brahmans, namely- “Dignified Brahman Association of India”.

VI.  Having organized, convened and participated in a large number of Meetings, Seminars, Symposiums and Conferences on various subjects of social, national and international importance.

VII.                        Noteworthy achievements in respect of Public Interest Litigation Matters as well as in respect of finding out amicable and sustainable solution of public problems.
