Legal Status & History of Krishna Foundation

1.       Legal Status:

“Krishna Foundation” is a purely Non- Political, Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, bearing Registration No.- 2385 / IV – 32

2.       History:

“Krishna Foundation” was established on “11^th Day of January, 2004” (11.01.2004) by its Founder Shri Krishna Ballabha Sharma “Yogiraj”.

It was registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, in accordance with the provisions laid down under the Indian Registration Act, 1908, on 29^th Day of September, 2008 (29.09.2008) through a Registered Deed of Trust, with its First Seven Trustees.

Now apart from others, at central level, the organizational structure of Krishna Foundation consists of        12 Trustees, 4 Patrons, 9 Members Governing Body, 18 Members Board of Directors, 1 Legal Advisor, 1 Moral Advisor, 1 Health Advisor, 1 Financial Advisor, 1 Institutional Advisor,  and all persons forming part of the family of Krishna Foundation are noble persons with noble qualities.

For proper functioning of the organization, for successful accomplishment of our Noble Mission, for attainment of our aims and objects and for proper execution of our various programs and projects, we are going to constitute and establish “Executive Task Force” consisting of 208 Professional Social Workers in each and every State / Province, as follows:

Director General         : 1 Post at Central Level, to lead, command & control the entire Executive Task Force

Director                       : 1 Post in every State (Province)

Deputy Director          : 2 Post in every State (Province)

Assistant Director        : 5 Post in every State (Province)

Executive Officer       : 200 Post in every State (Province)

5.       Units and Branches:

We have planned and we are trying our best to open and establish world wide chain our organizational units and institutions and their branches in all states and countries.

For establishment of our organizational units and branches at Village / Ward / Town / City Level, there must be a Convener and at least 20 Registered Members of our organization in the concerned village / ward / town / city / local area.

For establishment of our organizational units and branches at Sub - Divisional Level, there must be a Convener and at least 100 Registered Members of our organization in the concerned Sub - Division.

For establishment of our organizational units and branches at Divisional / District Level, there must be a Convener and at least 200 Registered Members of our organization in the concerned Division / District.

For establishment of our organizational units and branches at State / Province / Regional Level, there must be a Convener and at least 500 Registered Members of our organization in the concerned State / Province / Region.

For establishment of our organizational units and branches at National Level, there must be a Convener and at least 1,000 Registered Members of our organization in the concerned Country / Nation.

For establishment of the units and branches of our and institutions and training centers, franchisee will be given to the concerned individual persons / group of persons / firms / companies / societies, after fulfillment of the terms, conditions, parameters and guidelines of Krishna Foundation issued for the purpose, which may be obtained from our Registered Office. In the alternative, we shall establish units and branches of our various institutions and training centers on our own.
