Notice for Appointment of Social Workers in Krishna Foundation

NOTICE FOR APPOINTMENT OF SOCIAL WORKERS UNDER DHARMA PROMOTION SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Applications (with Bio-data) are invited for appointment of social workers under Dharma Promotion Sustainable Development Program, against the following posts:

1. Program Coordinators:                Pay Scale of Rs. 15,000 – 25,000 P.M. + Incentives.
2. Field Officers:                                  Pay scale of Rs. 10,000 – 20,000 P.M. + Incentives.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

1. Program Coordinators:  Graduation or Equivalent Degree in any subject.
2. Field Officers:               12^th Pass / Intermediate / Under Graduate.

Experience:

1. Program Coordinators:  Five Years Experience in social work / marketing / networking / insurance agent
2. Field Officers:               No experience required.

Desirable (but not essential):

1. Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi and English with basic knowledge of computer and internet.
2. Result oriented person with sincere interest in social work and convincing capacity with a spirit of team work and leadership qualities.

Career Prospect and Performance Based Promotional Opportunities:

1. Promotion from the Post of Field Officer to Program Coordinator – Senior Program Coordinator – Divisional Manager – Area Manager – Zonal Manager – General Manager.
2. Promotional Pay Scale from Rs. 10,000 – 20,000; 15,000 – 25,000; 20,000 – 30,000; 25,000 – 45,000; 30,000-50,000; 40,000 – 60,000; 50,000 – 80,000.
